Lending Products

All of our products are contingent upon credit underwriting approval. True Bearing is paid by a fee that can be financed at closing. By representing your transaction with a network of lenders who are interested in the type of credit you are seeking, we improve your chances of obtaining the deal structure and finance amount that you desire. Interest rates will fluctuate based upon market forces.
Permanent Mortgages
Purchase and refinance loans with terms between 5 and 30 years. Interest-only periods are possible depending upon credit profile.
Bridge Loans
Loan terms between 1 to 3 years with both fixed and floating interest rate options. Interest-only structures can be considered.
Fix and Flip Rehabilitation Loans
Loan terms between 6 to 18 months with interest-only options available.
Construction Loans
The construction term can extend from 1 to 3 years with interest-only periods available. Both fixed and floating rate options can be considered.
Equipment Loans
Equipment loan terms are matched to equipment expected life. Fixed and floating interest rate options are available.
